Delivery

Customers must ensure they have enough people available to unload their order upon delivery. Please note that carriers are not mandated to unload orders.
For home deliveries, the transport company will contact the customer 24 hours and again 2 hours prior to delivery. However, delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and Hulkwood is not responsible for any errors or delays caused by the transport company.

Installation of Synthetic Grass, Composite Wood, or Composite Fencing

Hulkwood is not responsible for the installation or preparation of its products. Any issues or errors during installation must be resolved by the client or installer, even if Hulkwood has provided training or installation guidelines.

Price Errors

Hulkwood cannot be held liable for technical or system errors that result in incorrect pricing. Customers cannot take advantage of such errors. Hulkwood reserves the right to correct any price error at any time during the transaction.

Payment

All prices on the website are listed in Euro.

Merchandise remains the property of Hulkwood until invoices are paid in full.

All invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise specified.

A late fee of 3% per month applies to overdue invoices.

Quote Policy

Hulkwood provides project quotes as accurately as possible. However:

Material quantities in quotes are estimates only and must be verified by the client.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the quoted quantities are sufficient to complete their project.

Any plans provided are for reference only. Accuracy and suitability must be confirmed by the client.

Composite Decking Orders

Although pallets are protected, damage may occur during transport. In such cases:

A 12 ft board will be replaced with 2 × 6 ft boards.

A 16 ft board will be replaced with 2 × 8 ft boards, if available in your area, or with 3 × 5 ft 4 in boards.

Most decking projects require cutting for finishing and steps. We recommend using damaged boards for these cuts. If you prefer not to receive replacement boards in smaller sizes, we suggest ordering a few extra boards with your project.

 Refund and Cancellation Policy

Products in their original condition may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase.

No refunds or exchanges for custom-cut products.

No refunds for delivery delays caused by carriers.

Hulkwood reserves the right to authorize or refuse a refund or cancellation at its discretion.

Fees:

A 20% return fee applies to refunds for composite decking, fencing boards, and aluminum parts.

Glue is non-refundable.

For order cancellations after payment, a 2% administrative fee will be withheld.

Reaction with Chemicals or Organic Substances

Some products may react with certain substances, causing surface changes such as stains or whitish deposits. Such damage is not covered by warranty.

Urban Planning By-laws and Installation Sites

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify local urban planning regulations and confirm that the product can be legally installed at the chosen site. Hulkwood is not liable for any non-compliance issues.

Judicial District

All claims or legal proceedings related to product purchases, warranties, or contractual relations will be heard exclusively in the judicial district of Quebec, regardless of the customer’s location.

Warranty on Work Performed by Third Parties

Some services offered by Hulkwood may be carried out by partner companies. In such cases:

The warranty on the work is provided directly by the performing company, under its own terms.

Hulkwood acts only as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for the execution or warranty of the work.

Any service requests or claims must be addressed directly to the company that carried out the work.
