You may exchange or return items within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they are in their original condition.

Custom Cut Products

Custom cut products are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Carrier Delays

Refunds cannot be issued for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers.

Authorization & Discretion

Hulkwood reserves the right to approve or deny any refund or order cancellation at its sole discretion.

Restocking Fee

If a refund is approved, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount on the following items:

– Composite decking boards

– Composite fencing boards

– Composite Cladding boards

– Aluminum extrusions and aluminum parts

Non-Refundable Items

Adhésives / glue are non-refundable.
